Great kit so far! All I would say is get a period bandolier (it looks post-war). They go for $10 at ATF. Otherwise good kit!

I've got to get a M43 jacket and another wool shirt for my 3rd impression 'cause my Tanker for my Ranger kit. I think I'm going to wear my pants over my boots and rolled up to make them look like service shoes.

Great! T-5 Sisti was saying he was going to get a Springfield. ..... Until I saw the effin price tag! I want one, but these little bastards are $500! I think I'll be doing an M1 for my kit. Yay, we're not a "unit" (horde) of Thompsons!

Sgt, have you got an extra gun? ive got woll shirts you can have or borrow wich ever but i need a gun as you know. my jacket is part of my kit so its not for sale but ill keep my eyes out for one for you. to tell you the truth just check garage/yard sales and consinement shops like good will and the salvation army. i picked up my jacket, cold weather pants, field shirt and wool socks at the salvation army. I found my leggings wool shirts (the ones i mentioned) and gas mask bag at yard sales. just keep looking and you'll eventually find what your looking for.

Excellent kit so far! I am not exactly the gear expert here, so someone else will have to comment on that

Well the guy I bought them from also had a British helmet for sale, so it makes sense.

My helmet arrived today. Does anyone have a picture guid of how to attach the helmet netting? The tutorial on ATF confuses me...

Did you get a helmet liner; a second piece on the inside that resembles a helmet? If you did take that out, stretch the net over the top of the helmet and then put the liner back inside the shell.
